Brand Hatton commitment to privacy

Brand Hatton is committed to protecting the privacy of those using our site and the confidentiality of the personal information which our customers provide us with. We use the information we collect to provide services and to ensure that your order is processed smoothly. Beyond that we only use personal information if volunteered by you. Brand Hatton will never sell personal information or share personal information with third parties unless these are involved to process your order.

Our employees and associated companies are obliged by us to respect confidentiality.

Your right to cancel

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. If you wish to cancel you should wrap the item you for which you are cancelling the contract securely, including the packing slip you received with the order. Complete the return form and give the reason as Other and write Contract Cancelled. Send the item back to reach us within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Delivery of goods

Brand Hatton shall deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address which you supply. All delivery times quoted on the Hatton site are estimates only based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. Hatton may deliver items separately but shall only charge you for postage and packing on the first delivery.

Brand Hatton’s contract with you

No contract shall exist between you and Brand Hatton until Brand Hatton has sent you an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. Brand Hatton is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or the order appearing on the Brand Hatton site or for unavailability.

Promotional codes and discount

We will occasionally supply promotional or discount codes via newsletters, these will only apply to orders placed online and you will need to enter the code at the basket stage of the checkout in order to receive your discount.

Regrettably we cannot supply these discounts retrospectively, so you need to enter the code at the checkout, if you don't enter the code you will not get the Discount. Only one promotional code can be used per transaction and some promotional codes will be specific to certain products.

Order processing and payment

On the Brand Hatton website purchases are made via the Sage Pay payment system, it is totally secure and very easy to use.

Pricing and availability

The prices and availability of the goods are specified on the Brand Hatton site. Such information is subject to change without notice. Each price, as displayed, is inclusive of VAT (at the standard UK rate). There shall be an additional charge for delivery, the amount of which shall vary according to the weight of the total order. In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, or that Hatton needs to vary the price due to Vat changes or site errors for example, following confirmation of your order Hatton shall send you a notification by email and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order if Hatton has not done so itself.

Updating your details

If any of the information that you have provided to Hatton changes (for example if you change your e-mail address) then let us know. If you are already a registered user, then just log-in to "your account" and make the changes and this will automatically update our records.

Registering with us

Our registered users and past customers can enjoy a quick, easy and safe shopping experience and an exclusive range of benefits. You do not have to register with us if you only wish to browse the store or add things to your basket, you only need to register if you decide to buy.
